  • Stress out the system
    Research has shown that short-term controlled stress will boost your immune system. This is because when you are stressed, your SI gA levels dramatically increases. The short-term controlled stress could be either through work (by taking on jobs with tight deadlines, and must not be longer than a day or two), or even, you could play a video game that puts you on edge.
  • Sleep more
    Research has shown that if your sleep decreases by 40%, your immunity will decrease by 50%. Its therefore important that you sleep for eight hours.
  • Exercise
    Exercise helps to increase the white blood cells, which strengthens the immunity system. But over doing an exercise session will have the adverse effect. You should aim for 60 minutes of moderate exercise.
  • Whey Protein
    Whey protein (you can buy this from most health shops) has been shown to help you fight the cold virus.
