The decision to enter the Service Excellence sector was based on the experience of PEYMA trying to find a suitably focussed, yet realistic, advice. PEYMA required 'realistic' advice in the area of Service Excellence and Operational Excellence where Profit and Loss was also taken into consideration.
Realising that there was no solution available in the market place, PEYMA developed a unique approach in which all the key factors are addressed in a business focussed and realistic fashion. This enabled us to achieve a Return On Investment of 189% and a 35% increase in the Operating Income in just two years, in conjunction with significant improvements in the monthly Customer Survey, to the extent that the survey in this period never fell below the second highest rating achievable.
Having been approached by different companies for service and operational advice encouraged PEYMA to enter the field of Consultancy, providing service and operational advice to companies ranging from FTSE100 to small businesses, including: Hewlett-Packard, CSC, Airbus (UK), Cap Gemini, JTFitness, Sneakers Health and Fitness.
