The first Behaviour Analysis will help you to discover an individual's personality behaviour, which is composed of:

- Intellectual Style
- Work Style
- Expressive Style
- Interpersonal Style
The report not only provides a detailed explanation of these Behavioural Styles, but also the extent to which they portray each their behaviour.
The second assessment will establish the person's behaviour in the Team, which could be, and often is, different to the person's personality behaviour. This is because most of us behave differently when around other people. As such, by understanding this you will be enable to not only recruit the right candidate for a team, but also to know how and when to utilise each candidate's personality potential inorder to improve the team's efficiency.
